That looks like a fake CAPTCHA / social-engineering scam, not a real reCAPTCHA.

Why it’s suspicious

  • It tells you to press Win + X, open Terminal, paste something, and press Enter.

  • Real CAPTCHAs do not ask you to run OS commands.

  • This is a common trick to get users to paste malicious commands.

What to do

  • Do not press any keys or paste anything.

  • Close the tab immediately.

  • If you already interacted with it:

    • Disconnect from the internet for a moment.

    • Check for suspicious downloads, browser extensions, or new apps.

    • Run a trusted antivirus scan.

    • On Windows, review:

      • Startup apps

      • Installed programs

      • Browser extensions

If you want to report it

  • You can report the site to your browser’s safe browsing / phishing reporting tool.

  • If this came from a link, treat the source as suspicious too.

If you want, I can also help you analyze the URL and tell you whether it looks like a phishing domain.
